Tara Mercurio and Lacey Chabert have been the best of friends for many years... Sharing the same desire to become more involved in their community and make a difference in any way that they can, they- along with their angel investor Douglas O'Donnell- formed Project Giving Tree. Knowing that it truly takes a village to accomplish any great task- their ultimate goal is to use their resources, time, and ideas and be advocates for other charities and socially conscious companies that they believe in. Through a series of fortuitous events they are now thrilled to be working with and in support of Angel 34, a children's cancer foundation and TOMS SHOES, who created the One for One business model- every time a pair of shoes is purchased another pair is donated to a child in need.
